Scheduling

She wanted to book
on Monday. You spoke on Wednesday.

Three days of phone tag to fill one slot, and by the time you connected, the appointment she wanted was gone. Most of that is the booking process, not demand.

Let them book

Most patients book after you've closed.

Sunday evening is when people plan their week. Self-scheduling shows real availability, with provider, room and equipment all free, and takes a card before the slot is held.

  • New and returning patient paths
  • Location, service and time chosen by the patient
  • Card on file captured at booking, not at the desk
  • Or booked by the AI front desk on a phone call

Real availability: provider, room and resource all had to be free

What has to be free

A provider isn't the only bottleneck.

Double-booking usually isn't two patients with one injector. It's two patients needing the same laser, or the last free chair in the IV lounge. Rooms and equipment are bookable resources with their own capacity. Where you genuinely do want a provider running two chairs while one numbs, that is a capacity setting rather than a workaround.

  • Providers, rooms and equipment all bookable
  • Capacity per resource, so six chairs means six
  • Provider capacity too: set it to 2 and they can hold two patients in the same 15-minute slot
  • Services declare the resources they consume
  • Per-location, so one site's laser isn't another's

The day itself

Move an appointment by dragging it.

Days shift. A provider runs long, a patient arrives late, a room frees up early. The calendar is built for the version of the day that actually happens rather than the one you planned.

  • Drag to reschedule; the patient is notified
  • Status tracking from booked through completed
  • Filter by location, provider, event type or status
  • Shift planning and blocked time on the same calendar

Stop losing bookings to your own process.

Clinic partners see an average 1.5x more appointments once patients can book without waiting for someone to pick up.
