Patient Mentions

Type @ plus a patient’s name to search and mention them inline. The name becomes a clickable link straight to their profile — no copy-pasting chart numbers or switching tabs.

Live Presence

Colored rings show real-time availability. Green means online, amber means with a patient (auto-set from appointments), and red means busy (auto-set from schedule blocks). Set a custom status like “On lunch” with auto-expiration.
